Everything went great, This was our second time. Rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was good. Big 👍🏻 for your worker June. She is fabulous. We hope you are giving her top wages. Keep her!!!

The hotel was exactly as expected. Clean and comfortable. Our car was parked in the back parking lot and there were no incidents while we were gone.

The hotel was fine. It did what one would expect of a hotel.
The wait time for the return shuttle was affected by heavy snow fall. The hotel staff were very responsive to running the shuttles both ways.
I had both a schedule extension and a flight delay, which resulted in extra days of travel. I was only able to contact the hotel. Park, Sleep and Fly did seem to respond, but the hotel was response was good.

Hotel was comfortable and accessible. Our biggest problem with the booking was that it said Shuttle available. When we got there we were told that the shuttle stopped running at midnight. We got in at about midnight so we had to get a cab. Not what we expected.

Our return flight from RSW to GRR was delayed 4 hours and we arrived around 11:30 PM…..apparently after hours for your shuttle service. Taxi from GRR to local Baymont motel cost us $23.00 plus tip.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Lite breakfast was available to us even at 5 in the morning when we got the shuttle to airport. Yummy cinnamon buns!!

The hotel itself was fine. Clean, comfortable. However, the staff was not acceptable. When we checked in, they did not note our return date, and did not have a shuttle driver working at all the day we returned.

Do to Covid19 return shuttle was a uber. No the best experience but got us back to the car. Our hotel experience was great.
